Gallery Analyser model 98611001 used in industrial laboratory for quality control.

The Analyser powers on, it communicates with the software, we managed to login thanks to Thermo Scientific support and during initialization the two following errors come up. Mixer hit an obstacle! and Mixer feedback error!
According to the support, this error can be solved on site, during the installation of the machine.

What we know about the device:
The Analyser was in good working condition, however the last use was in 2022 and the last maintenance in 2020. So, definitely needs a regular maintenance and check before installation and use.
